I love this place! We don't have these in Virginia and it's always our first stop when we get into town. The people here are very relaxed and friendly! They make the best pizza in the world!!

I ordered a small 6 inch pizza and had it delivered to me at work, which is close to this location and it was delivered barley warm and it was burnt. Not happy.
Called at a little after 5 and at 6:00 they call me to tell me that I'm am to pick it up and it's not to be delivered when I asked and paid for delivery so then when I called back they want to charge me again for my pizza and it's already been 40 minutes past the time is going to be here this is why I don't order from Cassanos because you don't talk to a person at the store you talk to somebody in an office and they place the order for you I was not offered any discount for my order or fresh pizza
The food was really really really really good from the Franklin Ohio location and the delivery guy was nice but those damn operators are so not cool. I got a woman named Debbie and she was so rude. I asked her did she get my last name because I didn't tell her and she was trying to pronounce my first name and said whatever. Like my name did not matter to her. If the customer service was better I would have given five stars.
